Ensure you have received all the boxes, and they are labeled correctly. (I.e. Box 1 of 3, Box 2 of 3 and Box 3 of 3.) If you have any questions about how many boxes you should have received, please contact support@machrus.com for more information.

Do an inventory on the parts to ensure everything is included. If you are missing parts, you may be asked to pay more by the assembler for their time coming out to you. Better to double check, then to be missing something. If any parts are missing, please reach out to support@machrus.com to get the missing part out to you ASAP!

Make sure you have a clear and flat area waiting for the trampoline to be installed on.
